Training Development Style Guide

Authored and maintained a comprehensive style guide adopted by 40 instructional designers across four teams. The guide established program-wide standards for grammar, UI nomenclature, formatting, and Section 508 compliance—ensuring accessibility, consistency, and a cohesive learner experience across all training deliverables.
