I’m a learning and talent development leader with over a decade of experience designing and improving large-scale training programs that connect people, process, and technology.

Most recently, I served as Senior Instructional Systems Specialist and Training Quality Lead for the U.S. Navy’s HR/payroll modernization program, overseeing four instructional design teams and aligning user adoption training for more than 400,000 personnel. Previously, I managed global talent development programs at Gentex Corporation, designing and facilitating leadership and technical training that advanced workforce capability, ensured compliance, and supported succession planning.
